Shipping & Delivery
Digital Products
Most of our products are digital. E-books and downloadable resources are delivered electronically and do not require shipping.
A download link is sent to the email address provided at checkout, usually within minutes of payment confirmation. If you do not receive your link, check your spam folder first, then contact us and we will resend it.
Physical Products
Physical magazines and journals are shipped within the United States.
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of payment confirmation. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. The exact cost is shown before you complete payment.
A tracking number is emailed to you once your order ships.
Delays and Lost Shipments
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, and peak seasons can extend these timeframes.
If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of the shipping confirmation, contact us and we will open an enquiry with the carrier.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you, as set out in our Return & Refund Policy.
Incorrect Addresses
Please check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
