Return & Refund Policy
At NGEN Bible Study Journal we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read the terms below before requesting a return.
Physical Products
Physical magazines and journals may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition and packaging.
Items returned outside this window, or showing signs of use, writing, or damage, cannot be accepted.
Digital Products
Digital e-book purchases are final and non-refundable after delivery. Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, we are unable to offer refunds once the download has been accessed.
If you experience a technical problem accessing your digital purchase, contact us and we will resolve it.
How to Request a Return
Email support@ngenbiblestudyjournal.com with:
- Your order number
- The item you wish to return
- The reason for the return
Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a return address. Please do not send items back before receiving these instructions.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome by email.
Approved refunds are processed within one week and issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few additional days for the funds to appear.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except where the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
